Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into program and project management is revolutionizing traditional approaches to decision-making and risk management. This paper examines the transformative impact of AI technologies on these critical areas, highlighting how AI-driven tools enhance the accuracy, speed, and effectiveness of managerial decisions. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation, AI enables project managers to identify potential risks early, optimize resource allocation, and make data-driven decisions that significantly improve project outcomes. The study also explores the challenges associated with AI adoption, including the need for new skill sets, ethical considerations, and the integration of AI with existing management frameworks. Through case studies and practical examples, this paper demonstrates how AI can be seamlessly integrated into project management processes to not only mitigate risks but also drive innovation, agility, and efficiency.
