Through a comprehensive literature review and the analysis of relevant case studies, the paper establishes a theoretical framework connecting ethics education to sustainable management outcomes. Additionally, the study highlights the challenges and barriers organizations might encounter while implementing ethics education initiatives. The paper concludes by proposing effective cethics education and presents real-world case studies illustrating successful integration efforts. The findings underscore the pivotal role of ethics education in fostering sustainable management practices and recommend future research directions in this evolving field.
